TAS Rights Management applied for a trademark on May 11 for the phrase she used to characterize her new Eras Tour set for The Tortured Poets Department, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The company applied to register the trademark for musical sound recordings, musical video recordings, journals, notebooks, purses, jewelry, drink containers, clothing, and other products.

As of writing, the patent and trademark office stated that the application met the minimum filing requirements but "has not yet been assigned to an examiner."
